Instructions on how to search this report

Search Type 1: Search using the A-Z menu
Utilize the A-Z menu at the top of the report. The results of this type of search will appear as Last Name, First Name of the healthcare professional/principal investigator or first letter of the entity name.

Example: To search Dr. Michael Wasserstein you must click the "W" tab for Wasserstein.

Search Type 2: Search for a specific Healthcare Professional (HCP) or Principal Investigator (PI)
Utilize the Provider Lookup tool found in upper right hand corner of report. See available search criteria below. (NOTE: Results of this type of search will appear as Last Name, First Name.)

You can search for a specific individual by using the individual’s first and last name OR a portion of the first and last name.

Search Type 3: Search for an Entity Name such as an institution (e.g., Harvard Medical School) or medical practice (e.g., Smith Brothers Cardiology, LLC)
Utilize the Provider Lookup tool found in upper right hand corner of report. See available search criteria below.

You can search for a specific entity name by typing in the full entity name or portion of the entity name.
