Our Corporate IT staff helps manage and integrate the global infrastructure technologies of a world-class corporation. IT specialists in our research units are an integral part of scientific discovery through advanced applications, while those with our product groups support sales and marketing with state-of-the-art business, demographic, medical-information and other tools.

Corporate Finance

Our corporate finance professionals manage our capital, fund our investments and interact extensively with marketing and research efforts. A rotational program across all Pfizer Finance divisions and locations will aid in the development of participants and may lead to opportunities in management.

Worldwide Talent Development and Human Resources (HR)

We're known for our focus on people, and HR leads the way, partnering with our businesses in corporate, divisional and product units. HR, whether at the divisional or corporate level, manages training and development, succession planning, compensation, benefits, recruiting and staffing, and other specialties geared towards attracting, retaining and developing the best and brightest.

Worldwide Public Affairs and Policy

Colleagues in the Worldwide Public Affairs and Policy division apply their expertise in the areas of government relations, public affairs, policy, philanthropy, stakeholder relations, corporate responsibility and communications to help create the social and political conditions essential for Pfizer to sustain its industry leadership.

Legal

The Legal Division is comprised of several different practice groups, each focusing on one or more critical Pfizer business needs. Our complex industry challenges attorneys in many specialty practice areas such as intellectual property (patents and trademarks), compliance, business transactions, antitrust, regulatory, environmental, litigation and employment law.
