Pfizer Finance Rotational Program

The Pfizer Finance Rotational Program is designed to enhance Pfizer's overall financial leadership.

The program consists of four rotations over a two-year period. Each rotation lasts six months. The rotations are designed to provide the candidate experience and exposure in core business units, as well as Finance functions with the Corporate staff (Treasurers, Tax, Controllers and Strategic Planning). Individuals will receive both domestic and international assignments with a true focus on Pfizer's global health care business.

Additionally, rotational associates will participate in a personal development and training curriculum designed to enhance leadership, management and technical and functional capabilities across our finance function.
