APhA's RxVACCINATE: A National Education and Practice Support Initiative to Increase Pharmacist Administered Pneumococcal Vaccinations

The American Pharmacists Association (APhA) proposes to provide pharmacists with the knowledge, skills and practice implementation tools to work directly with patients and establish collaborative agreements with prescribers to increase pneumococcal vaccination rates among the patients served by the pharmacy.
