Expanding Provider Education and Resource Training for Tobacco Cessation (ExPERT Tobacco Cessation Program)

The goals of this project are to educate healthcare providers about effective strategies to increase patient cessation rates and to integrate standardized tobacco cessation counseling protocols into patient care in a way that can be replicated throughout the Hunterdon Healthcare System.
