Improving the Implementation Treatment of Tobacco Dependence in Oncology Care

The project aim is to develop a blueprint that will increase the number of oncology practices that have a system in place to screen all patients for tobacco use and to provide brief advice to quit at every patient visit, and provide evidence-based assistance to quit successfully.
