Cold & Flu

According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention CDC, even though seasonal influenza (flu) viruses are detected year-round in the United States, flu viruses tend to be most common during the fall and winter. It’s not possible to pinpoint an exact flu season per se, but flu activity begins to increase in October and peaks between December and February, although activity can continue as late as May.
