When Suzanne’s husband switched jobs, it changed the family’s insurance situation, and Suzanne knew it could impact their young daughter Savannah’s ability to continue receiving the prescription medicine she needed.
“All of my time, all of my energy goes into raising my family, especially Savannah – her medicine makes her stronger,” Suzanne says. “I called Pfizer and said, ‘Our daughter is on medication and I’m really afraid we’re going to lose insurance.’ Pfizer was a friendly voice on the other line saying, ‘It’s okay. We’ll take care of you.’”
Fortunately, Savannah was able to continue receiving her medicine with help from Pfizer.
“If Savannah didn’t have her medication, she wouldn’t be thriving like she is,” says Suzanne. “I’m here to tell people that help is available. I think Savannah is living proof of that.”
“Pfizer was a friendly voice on the other line saying, ‘It’s okay. We’ll take care of you.’”
