Pfizer Declares A 20-Cent Fourth-Quarter 2011 Dividend

(BUSINESS WIRE)--The board of directors of Pfizer Inc. (NYSE: PFE) today declared a 20-cent fourth-quarter 2011 dividend on the company’s common stock, payable December 6, 2011, to shareholders of record at the close of business on November 11, 2011.

The fourth-quarter 2011 cash dividend will be the 292^nd consecutive quarterly dividend paid by Pfizer.
