Zoryana joined Pfizer in 2004 as a member of Project Management in Marketing Operations. From 2006 to 2010, Zoryana worked as a Grants Manager with the Medical Education Group successfully executing Pfizer’s strategies in continuing medical education and charitable contributions. She managed a variety of compliance related activities, including corporate compliance audits, transparency initiatives, standard operating procedure (SOP) and training development. In 2010, Zoryana became an Account Manager with the Customer Engagement Group overseeing meetings and external consultant engagements. In this role she managed complex programs with budgets of up to US$1,000,000. She has supported diverse business units including Emerging Markets, Oncology, Established Products, Consumer Healthcare and Pfizer Medical. She is fluent in Ukrainian, Russian and English.
In 2014-2015, PharmAccess aims to improve access to quality medicines by strengthening and investing in the pharmaceutical management of pharmacies and clinics. Zoryana will serve with PharmAccess in Ghana to help improve planning, quality control, and inventory management for the organization.
From her fellowship experience, Zoryana hopes to learn more about the health care landscape in Ghana and to contribute to improvement of access to health care in the rural, underserved areas of the country. She hopes to grow as a leader and to use her experiences and knowledge gained on fellowship to educate and inspire her Pfizer colleagues to make a difference in the lives of patients.
PharmAccess Foundation is a fast growing international organization aiming to improve access to affordable quality basic health care in low-income countries in Africa at the bottom of the pyramid.
