This is why we believe each deal is unique, and why we are able to develop successful and creative deal and financial structures that meet both of our needs, from our pioneering work with co-promotion agreements with Lipitor, Aricept, Spiriva and Celebrex to our ground-breaking 5 year research collaboration with The Scripps Research Institute.

Alliance Management

We work hard from the very first interactions to earn our collaborators' trust and respect, by building open communication and shared goals. In most of our deals, the same people who negotiate the transaction stay involved throughout the life of the collaboration as alliance managers. For our later-stage alliances, we have an Alliance Management group within Worldwide Business Development whose primary purpose is to act as a neutral party to advocate for the alliance and asset.
