Out Licensing
At Pfizer, we are constantly reassessing our portfolio of early- through late-stage assets to ensure alignment with our strategic focus. As we redefine our priorities, we have also made the decision to exit research and development efforts in certain therapeutic and disease areas.
As a result, select assets that fall outside our primary focus are made available to third parties through a variety of deal structures. Specifically, we are seeking to out license or partner on a number of programs in the following areas:
- Cardiovascular disease
- Dermatology
- Gastrointestinal disease
- Genitourinary disease
- Inflammation
- Pain
- Metabolic disease
- Neuroscience
- Women's health
We invite companies searching for new product candidates at all phases of development to inquire about our assets.
"We believe that each of our out licensing candidates has the potential to become a valuable medicine for patients. That's why we are working to partner with highly qualified companies, investors and scientists, who, we believe, will develop these assets to their fullest potential."
