  • New York Headquarters: Partnering with Armstrong World Industries, Inc to reclaim an average 250,000 square feet of ceiling tile per year.
  • Sweden's Office Building in Silverdal: Recognized in 2008 by the Swedish Ministry for the Environment by earning the EU GreenBuilding Award for achieving 50% energy efficiency by leveraging cutting edge technology to optimize solar heat capture.
  • Former Upjohn Headquarters, Kalamazoo: Demolition and implementation of green building practices resulted in the recycle or reuse of up to 90% of the building materials, over 40 acres of land restored to a natural state, and more than 35,000 tons of waste avoided.
  • Manufacturing Site in Freiburg, Germany: Using a new energy-efficient geothermal heating and cooling system to save energy and costs and to reduce our carbon footprint.
