In her current role as Director, National Accounts Strategic Marketing, Angela works with national account teams to develop resources for key customers to help build meaningful partnerships. Prior to this position, she was with Pfizer Health Solutions, designing and implementing disease management, health promotion, clinical informatics, and multicultural initiatives. Her previous volunteer experiences include teen mentoring and Hurricane Katrina relief work.
Angelaıs Fellowship assignment with Population Services International (PSI) in Nairobi will be part of the Pfizer Mobilize Against Malaria Initiative. She will be working with teams in Kenya and neighboring African countries to plan and implement large outlet and household surveys designed to evaluate barriers and help close the critical gaps in malaria treatment and education. From this experience, she hopes to gain a deeper understanding of what it means to create quality health care programs that directly address the pressing health challenges of individuals and families on a community as well as global level. This assignment will present new insights beyond the customary approaches to marketing and offer fresh ideas that demonstrate the value of Pfizerıs products and programs.
