Veronica has worked for Pfizer Norway since October 2008 as a Health Economist, and more recently as a Market Access Manager. She is currently responsible for generating health economic evidence supporting the launches in the Oncology Business Unit. Her responsibilities include economic modeling, Health Technology Assessments and comprehensive cross-functional project involvement.
Veronica will be a Fellow with Save the Children (STC). In 2012-2013, STC will work with GHF to increase public awareness and involvement in its campaign to reduce child and maternal mortality in East Africa.
From her GHF experience, Veronica hopes to better understand the important impact Pfizer can have in Ethiopia, and to learn more about STC and the access to health care challenges that their clients face. Following her assignment, she plans to apply her improved project management and leadership skills to her responsibilities within Market Access. Veronica believes she will return to Pfizer with a fresh perspective and a greater understanding of Pfizerýs role in global health.
