Tanya joined Pfizer in February 2008 and is a Training and Education Project Lead in Worldwide Research and Development. As a strategic learning professional, she manages multiple projects, project budgets and diverse consulting relationships in the Clinical Trial Execution space. As part of the Training group within Clinical Trial Process Quality (CTPQ), a line within Development Operations, Tanya is focused on the learning needs of over 9, 000 globally dispersed colleagues, contractors, and vendors working on Phase I - IV clinical trials.
In 2012-2013, Project Hope China will work with Global Health Fellows to strengthen health education on chronic disease management and care for patients with risk factors, and health care providers. Fellows will develop a web-based training curriculum and tools to measure the use of the training and evaluate the impact of it curriculum toward improved disease management.
During her Fellowship, Tanya will design web based education, communications and marketing materials and conduct trainings for staff and educators in Shanghai and Beijing.
