Brenda joined Pfizer as the National Sales Manager – Immunology. Brenda is a passionate and driven manager. In her current position she is responsible for coaching and developing nine Enbrel representatives around Australia and achieving the sales budget across five indications. Brenda has coached her team to succeed, winning Team of the Year for the last two years.
On her fellowship assignment with the Infectious Diseases Institute, Brenda will be responsible for Nurse Training – with key objectives of education and outreach to improve care and outcomes for patients living with HIV/AIDS. This assignment includes: surveying competencies; identifying training needs; developing individual training plans; designing and implementing new staff programs; developing a mentoring system and working with the leadership team to build relationships with nursing schools.
From her GHF experience, Brenda is keen to learn more about HIV/AIDS education and treatment challenges. She wants to experience a new and challenging environment and through her own and her team's efforts, improve outcomes for patients. Brenda actively develops herself and others, and is excited to have the opportunity to help another team reach their potential.
