Eduardo has worked for Pfizer since May of 2002, starting as a Manager and more recently as a Senior Manager in the Quality Operations Center. He supports Sitesý Quality Systems and Compliance, transfers of products to sites in Latin America and the Notification to Management process. Eduardo was born and raised in Argentina, and has volunteered with nonprofit organizations such as the Boy Scouts and the American Society for Quality in keeping with his goal to give back and help others achieve a better quality of life.
On assignment with Project HOPE, Eduardo will work to strengthen the financial sustainability of Project HOPEýs Village Health Bank program, by identifying and helping to institute operational efficiencies. Through his GHF experience, Eduardo hopes to learn more about NGOs as important stakeholders in helping to shape the future of health care. He also hopes to increase his understanding of a culture where more has to be achieved with fewer resources and very challenging goals have to be accomplished in spite of high hurdles, tight budgets and many other obstacles.
