Gemma joined Pfizer in 2006 as a graduate working in the Customer Access team to produce quality health information for patients. After gaining marketing agency experience, Gemma rejoined Pfizer as a Patient Relationship Manager before moving to marketing. As a marketer Gemma has worked on various brands, most recently as the United Kingdom's (UK's) Country Brand Lead for Xiapex. In this role Gemma has been part of the European team developing the brand strategy and leading the cross-functional team implementing tactics specific to the UK market.
Gemma will be a Fellow with Save the Children (STC). In 2012-2013, STC will work with GHF to increase public awareness and involvement in its campaign to reduce child and maternal mortality in East Africa.
Gemma is passionate about having an impact on people's lives. By investing her personal time and skills to help build capacity and deliver tangible business results for an international NGO, she looks forward to working to create a healthier world.
