Ruby joined Pfizer in November 2007 as a clinical trial auditor in the Worldwide Regulatory Affairs and Quality Assurance group, within Global Research and Development. From October 2009 onward she conducted proactive analysis of promotional data in the Promotional Quality Assurance group and currently, works on the development and coordination of company-wide training programs in the Global Programs group, within Corporate Compliance.
The RTI/USAID Indonesia Expanding Maternal and Neonatal Survival (EMAS) project is a five year (2011-2016) cooperative agreement that supports the government of Indonesia to reduce maternal and newborn mortality rates. In 2014-2015, Fellows will help RTI develop a marketing/communications strategy, build the capacity of civic forums to become more strategic and effective in their role and build the capacity of EMAS’s Indonesian clinical QA partner.
Ruby is passionate about having a direct impact on people's lives and the GHF program offers her the opportunity to do so in the public health arena. She looks forward to gaining new perspectives on addressing global health priorities, seeking sustainable solutions and developing effective partnerships.
