Proposal

An Enhanced 4 Pillars Toolkit for Increasing Adolescent Immunization: A Randomized Controlled Cluster Trial in Pediatrics and Family Medicine

The goal of this project is to revise and implement a practice improvement immunization toolkit to increase vaccinations among adolescents. The 4 Pillars Toolkit will be adapted for use with adolescents and tested in a randomized cluster trial in 18-20 pediatric and family medicine practices. Enhancements include electronic messaging to parents/patients and an online practice transformation dashboard for medical practices.
