Improving Diagnosis and Management of Vulvovaginal Atrophy, a Health System Approach

The goals of our project are to determine if, compared to control clinics, clinicians in the intervention clinics

  1. Diagnose VVA more often among postmenopausal women
  2. Prescribe vaginal estrogen more often for genitourinary disorders among postmenopausal women
  3. Are more likely to use the VVA SmartSet, SmartText, and dot phrases to support patient care and education.
