辉耀RCSO模式创新与运营
- 协同区域商务团队制定业务规划、跟进销售预估和进展
- 定期拜访商业合作伙伴,识别业务机会、支持业务策略的调整和优化
- 基于CSO业务模式特点和区域经验,总结最佳实践、优化业务模式
渠道策略优化
- 作为各BU BP,协助收集BU需求,协同商务相关职能形成解决方案
- 协助跟进与战略合作商业集团层面的沟通,落实战略性渠道布局试点
医院准入项目管理
- 协同BU/CFCD以及区域商务团队,评估、设定医院准入目标并推动达成
- 协同BU相关团队制定重点产品的医院准入策略、价值主张和关键信息
- 优化医院准入项目SOP、跟进机制,开展定期准入数据分析
- 定期拜访合作商业,探索创新医院准入合作模式
创新商业合作项目
- 根据公司重点产品生命周期特点,支持创新商业合作项目的设计
- 协同区域商务和商业伙伴推进核心VBP产品的保列名和解限控工作
- 定期组织总部工作组会议、参加区域四方会,助力解决业务难点
岗位要求:
- 本科学历或以上(医学或药学专业优先)
- 3年以上MNC医药企业工作经验(销售、商务相关经验者优先)
