辉耀RCSO项目管理与数字化创新
- 设计、收集、分析辉耀RCSO项目关键过程数据,并形成洞察以供业务参考
- 协同外部合作伙伴,跟进广阔市场业务的数字化覆盖,确保达成项目目标
- 支持市场部通过数字化渠道定期开展调研以获取市场洞察、验证品牌策略
供应保障和渠道补偿项目管理
- 协同合规、内控等部门,设计或优化渠道补偿项目的SOP
- 统筹管理渠道补偿项目的需求收集、整理、审批等流程
- 定期开展重点产品供应保障方面的数据分析,提升渠道覆盖效率
商业政策和预算管理
- 支持各项商务策略&创新团队相关的商业政策制定和预算管理
- 协同财务、GBS等相关部门,开展商业项目相关的折扣计算、核验和审批
- 分析和评估商业政策的有效性、
卓越数据洞察与管理
- 设计或优化商业合作项目的数据报表和dashboard(包括整合的一级商业务回顾、商业合作项目等)
- 参与区域商务内部会议以及经销商业务会议,分享数据洞察,助力业务发展
岗位要求:
- 本科学历或以上(医学或药学专业优先)
- 1-3年MNC医药企业工作经验(商务运营、销售运营相关经验者优先)
需要具备的能力:
- 对医药市场、流通行业的理解(marketing understanding)
- 跨职能/内外部沟通和协同能力(Collaboration)
- 数据分析和洞察能力(Analytical)
