岗位职责
制定商务渠道策略
- 根据各BU的业务战略,制定相应的渠道策略组合以助力业务发展
- 根据流通行业趋势、合作商业(包括集团层面)的需求,规划创新合作项目
- 协同进口、招采挂网、渠道配送以及DTP业务等环节,形成一体化的策略
统筹管理商务团队总体以及RCSO OP
- 根据公司及财务指导原则,管理商务团队OPEX, GTN预算等
- 统筹辉耀RCSO OP, LE, R&O, Budget更新以及跟进费用进展
辉耀RCSO卓越运营管理
- 统筹辉耀RCSO项目区域架构、指标分配、销售预估及跟进等
- 结合RCSO模式特点,提供合作伙伴人员配置、资源投入和效能分析建议
- 设计业务管理报表和看板,形成关键业务洞察和业务策略调整建议
- 协同合规/法务等部门,持续优化RCSO合规管理体系和跟进执行
设计&执行商业合作项目
- 设计医院准入、渠道补偿、安全运营等项目政策和执行规范
- 协同BU/CFCD/合规/法务等设定商业合作项目目标、跟进机制并推动执行
推动商务团队绩效管理和能力建设
- 建立和优化商务团队绩效管理体系、组织定期绩效评估
- 根据商务团队能力模型,与PX/培训部协同制定能力提升计划
岗位要求:
- 本科学历或以上(医学或药学专业优先)
- 英文书写和表达流利
- 5年以上MNC医药企业工作经验(商务、准入相关经验者优先)
