ROLE SUMMARY
The Country Brand Lead (CBL) is responsible for management of a designed product group to achieve planned sales, profit and other marketing objectives. This includes owning brand strategies, collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to tailor strategies and tactics for the market, drive product growth, forecast revenues and operating expenses, and achieve revenue and profitability targets.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Marketing Brand Plan Execution
Lead the strategic planning process for Lung Cancer portfolio based on customer insights to enhance current portfolio
Tailor and execute brand strategies to local market needs, and define local priorities for Lung Cancer portfolio
Implement the brand plans by working with internal and external stakeholders to deliver on time and budget
Monitor and analyze business performance, business goals (awareness, share and etc.) and the competition
Support country business leads on long range forecasting, OP planning and budget/sales target allocation
Promotional Materials Management
Select best-fitting modules from regional/global content, translate and trans-create brand materials, as needed
Work with medical and related functional team to get appropriate approval for brand plan and materials
Partner with medical team to communicate with KOLs on emergent medical research and differentiated product attributes
Ensure all marketing and business programs/practices are compliant to applicable local, global and company laws and guidelines
Key Projects Support
Carry out Oncology BU team’s CME programs as well as take on assigned tasks independently
Collaborate with sales team to ensure assigned brand plan execution with compliance and market feedback
Ensure monthly tracking reports delivery for each program progress
Manage the program operating budget versus realization in order to ensure effectiveness of budgeted expense
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
At least 3 to 5 years of pharmaceutical marketing and oncology/lung cancer field marketing is a plus
Able to communicate well in spoken and written English.
Bachelor’s Degree, major in medical or business related, master degree or MBA is a plus
