Key Responsibilities
Portfolio & Strategic Support
Analyze commercial performance data for non-Pfizer promoted products to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for revenue and lifecycle optimization.
Assist in identifying cost optimization, expansion, and innovation opportunities through data-driven analysis.
Prepare reports and presentations with strategic insights for management review.
Omnichannel & Customer Experience
Support the execution of digital and omnichannel marketing strategies to enhance customer engagement.
Collect, analyze, and report on customer segmentation and marketing mix effectiveness using analytics and real-time data.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Coordinate with global, regional, and country teams (Finance, Legal, Medical, Regulatory, Commercial) to gather data and ensure alignment on key initiatives.
Document and share best practices and portfolio learnings.
Financial & Risk Analysis
Build and maintain financial models, conduct ROI analysis, and support due diligence activities.
Monitor compliance with regulations and internal policies.
Track marketing spend and assist in risk identification and mitigation.
Brand & Market Analysis
Analyze brand performance and resource allocation to support optimization efforts.
Gather and synthesize customer insights, segmentation data, and engagement metrics.
Qualifications
Education
Bachelor’s in Business, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or related field.
Experience
1–3 years in commercial, analytical, or support roles (pharma experience preferred).
Skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools.
Basic understanding of pharmaceutical markets and omnichannel marketing.
Effective communication and collaboration skills.
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
