Help put insomnia to rest with good sleep hygiene

Studies show that getting a good night’s sleep is linked to achieving better overall health – which is why sleep is a key dimension of Wellness.
Unfortunately, sometimes insomnia can get in the way of a healthy amount of sleep.
If you've ever suffered from insomnia, you know it can seem like a wrecking ball that can damage many aspects of your life. Insomnia rarely appears all by itself and can be associated with mental health disorders and other medical conditions. Insomnia can be linked to disorders affecting your: mental health, cardiovascular system, urinary system, stomach or GI health, and brain and nervous system.
If you struggle with insomnia, talk to your healthcare provider and make sure you don’t overlook other potential health issues.
