CONTRIBUTING TO THE GREATER COMMUNITY

Pfizer corporate giving provides matching, team volunteer opportunities and grants for our healthcare professionals to have a direct impact on the communities in which they live and work. Our Colleague Community Engagement programs deliver valuable solutions that help society.

Pfizer's Colleague Community Engagement programs, which are funded by the Pfizer Foundation,i provide an opportunity for colleagues to have a direct impact on the communities in which they live and work, thereby delivering value to our business and society.

Pfizer colleagues are encouraged to align their volunteer experiences to the 17 United Nations Global Goals for Sustainable Development. Pfizer is dedicated to helping achieve the Global Goals, and by supporting the goals through their work and volunteer efforts, colleagues can feel a greater connection to the global community.

COLLEAGUE GIVING

Pfizer colleagues generously give their time and resources to support programs that they are passionate about in their own communities.

In 2016, Pfizer colleagues (active, retired, and Board Members) and the Pfizer Foundation donated $34 million to 12,000 nonprofit organizations across the United States and Puerto Rico.

Colleagues have the opportunity to participate in the following programs, which seek to improve local and global communities, as well as advance progress on the Global Goals.

As a crowdsourcing initiative, this challenge secures votes from colleagues on their favorite volunteer project, and the top 10 individuals are awarded with cash grants to their organization.

Since the program's launch in 2010, more than 1,500 Pfizer colleagues have submitted volunteer projects through the VOL.UNTEERZ Challenge in support of over 900 nonprofit organizations in 40 countries.

PFIZER GLOBAL VOLUNTEER NETWORK
