Supply Chain Agreement Review

• The Supply Chain Agreement (SCA) is the formal written agreement between Pfizer and its SNC-enabled supplier.

• The agreement outlines Pfizer’s expectation of the SNC program and its participants. It defines responsibilities for both Pfizer and its SNC suppliers. By introducing SNC, Pfizer Global Supply (PGS) seeks to optimize its Supply Chain performance by increasing collaboration between Pfizer and its suppliers.

• SNC-enabled suppliers agree to:

• Monitors SNC transactions and respond to Pfizer in a timely manner

• Be responsible for establishing and maintaining their respective IT infrastructure, which will allow electronic communications with Pfizer via SNC

• Comply with all clauses stipulated on existing contracts
