Pillars4Life: An online, self-management curriculum for cancer survivors
Duke School of Nursing
The goal of this project is to broaden the horizons of Pillars4Life – an online, self-management curriculum for cancer survivors – and demonstrate that it can improve chronic pain management. More specifically, this program aims to demonstate the impact of Pillars4Life, distributed via live video conferencing technology, on: 1) a reduction in cancer-related pain and associated outcomes; and 2) optimized health care utilization and patient-provider communication.
