Antibody-Drug Conjugates

Improving accuracy.

Antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs) are a type of targeted medicine designed to attach to specific proteins on the surface of cancer cells to deliver cancer-killing medicine directly to tumors. ADCs can also work in the surrounding tumor area and may activate immune cells nearby to help kill cancer cells. The ADC design is intended to reduce damage to healthy cells.

Bispecifics

Immune system activation.

Bispecific medicines are made by combining two different binding arms – one that recognizes cancer cells and one that recognizes specialized immune cells called T-cells. When these two cell types are pulled together by the bispecific medicine, the body’s immune system is activated to destroy the cancer cell.

Small Molecules

Targeted therapy.

Pfizer’s targeted therapies include oral medicines that are small enough to easily enter cancer cells and targeted to slow or stop cancer growth. By acting inside of the cancer cell, small-molecule medicines aim to reduce the damage to healthy cells.
