MBA SUMMER ASSOCIATE PROGRAM

The MBA Summer Associate Program develops a diverse pipeline of future Pfizer leaders by recruiting first-year MBA students from top-ranked business schools. It is designed to provide summer associates with a variety of unique experiences that will serve to develop and broaden critical skill sets and competencies as they progress their development towards leadership roles within Pfizer.

Students are placed in functions at various sites across the United States including Analytics, Corporate Finance, Strategy & Consulting and Pharmaceutical Marketing. Summer associates will be assigned to challenging projects for the summer that will drive Pfizer's business priorities forward.

MBA Summer Associates receive an industry competitive salary, housing support options and the goal of conversion to a full-time opportunity upon the completion of their MBA degree.

What does the program entail?

• Challenging project assignment for 10-12 weeks 
• Information sessions with senior leaders and colleagues across divisions 
• Team building, philanthropic and professional networking events
• Mid and end-of-summer performance review sessions 
• Final project presentation session

The application process for placements will be open from September through January. First round interviews will take place on campus in the fall with second round interviews scheduled from January through early February at Pfizer locations in New York, NY.
