任职要求:
1. 本科及以上学历,医学、生物统计学、药学等相关专业。
2. 3年以上医药行业数字化或创新项目管理相关工作经验,有成功推动企业数字化转型项目的经验者优先。
3.熟悉医药行业的业务流程和应用场景。
4. 具备项目管理能力,能够有效控制项目质量、成本和进度。
5. 具有良好的沟通能力、团队合作精神和领导力,能够与不同部门的人员进行有效协作。
6. 熟悉医药行业的法规和合规要求,具备数据隐私和伦理合规意识。
7. 良好的中英文沟通能力
