- 负责管理所辖区域和产品组的一切业务,制定地区业绩达成及合规目标和发展方向,确保以合法合规方式有效领导团队达成业绩,持续提高管理团队在合规方面的各项表现;

- 具备良好的沟通、计划及组织能力;能够以身作则就合规要求严于律己,并作为带人经理有效管理团队在任何时候以合法合规的方式开展业务,遵循公司所有的政策流程、行业准则以及相关法律法规政策,包括但不限于为团队树立正向合规氛围, ,将合规作为员工绩效考核及晋升的重要指标之一;积极管理、监督团队行为,以审慎尽职的方式审核团队费用和会议,有效防止或干预团队不合规行为;重视团队合规管理,定期主导合规议题讨论,支持合规先锋开展工作等。
