主要职责：
- 渠道管理：负责辖区内经销商及渠道终端的管理，确保公司分销政策有效执行。包括：管理进销存、回款、订单跟进、数据上报等工作；优化所负责区域的商业渠道结构；制定并监督执行合理分销政策，保障商业渠道畅通，并确保应收账款安全及回款周期符合公司要求；负责商业数据的收集、录入与核查，确保渠道数据的真实性与完整性。
- 创新商业项目执行：统筹辖区内商业合作项目的落地执行，及时解决项目推进中的各类问题，确保项目目标达成并维持良好的商业合作延续性。同时，收集、分析并准确传递市场信息，为公司业务战略规划提供参考依据。
- 药品准入：熟悉药品准入相关政策法规及操作路径，执行公司准入策略，有效沟通协调内外部资源，最大化实现产品在辖区内的市场准入与覆盖。
- DTP药房管理：负责辖区内DTP药房业务管理，保障业务健康有序开展。参与本地DTP药房的筛选与评估，确保药房提供的专业服务符合公司标准及合规要求。
- 招标挂网支持：负责辖区内公司产品的招标挂网支持工作，配合完成资料准备及流程跟进。
- 跨部门沟通协调：与销售、医院准入、财务、政务、DTP管理等团队保持密切高效的沟通，确保业务协同推进。
- 合规要求：确保所有工作严格遵守合规要求及规范。
任职要求：
- 大学本科及以上学历，医药相关专业优先
- 3年以上相关岗位工作经验（药企商务、渠道管理或药品准入等）
- 良好的文字表达与沟通能力
- 具备较强的沟通能力和跨部门团队协作能力
- 良好的组织计划能力与业务规划能力
- 学习能力强，熟练使用Office办公软件，能适应出差
- 具备优秀的团队合作精神，有较强的工作责任心及正直诚信的职业品格
