岗位职责：
1.负责 PC 端、移动端、Web 整体视觉风格和 UI 设计，定义并管理设计资源；
2.负责制定视觉与交互的相关设计方法，帮助创造良好体验的产品与服务；
3.参与产品和业务的规划，并提供专业意见；
4.负责优化项目流程和设计过程，并建立设计规范，推动统一的产品设计标准；
5.与产品团队、开发团队、项目管理团队以及合规性和安全性团队等沟通协作，制定详细、适用的产品、解决方案设计实施计划；
任职资格:
1. 本科及以上学历，视觉传达、艺术设计、美术学等相关专业毕业；
2.5 年以上移动端、PC 端产品设计经验，熟悉视觉设计相关方法，熟练使用设计软件，具备 UI 动效设计能力；
3.有完整的项目案例，能够独立中大型项目的UI设计，搭建组件库，制定设计规范； 在产品市场调研、用户故事设计、敏捷产品开发、用户体验和用户界面设计有扎实的知识和丰富的经验；
4.具备良好的审美能力和洞察力，具备较强的学习意识和能力，能够创造性的提出设计方案并落地；
5.在制药/医疗健康行业多个接触点的客户体验、服务设计和旅程管理以及产品设计方面的工作经验，有扎实的市场趋势知识，了解制药/医疗健康行业最新的数字产品和应用；
6.擅长跨职能沟通，能够管理与业务利益相关者的高效沟通
7.具有创新和创业精神，能够在模糊和复杂的环境中管理优先事项、解决障碍、做出决策并产生影响
