主要职责及任职要求：
- 负责内蒙区域，皮科、肿瘤、抗感染、代谢等全产品，制定地区目标和发展方向；
- 建立业绩良好、极富生产力和士气高昂的团队；
- 勇于挑战，在公司区域管理政策要求的情形下，确保完成上级经理下达的业务及其他工作目标；
- 参与所负责区域的人员招聘，负责团队人员发展，进行绩效管理和教导；
- 建立和保持有效的沟通系统；
- 具备管理潜力，团队合作良好，积极正向的心态；
- 具备良好的沟通、计划及组织能力；
- 严格管理自己及团队的销售行为，确保日常销售工作全部遵循FCPA (《反海外腐败法》)及相关中国大陆境内相关反腐法律条款。严守诚信，保持真实透明，在过往的销售工作中无任何违反法律规定的行为发生。
任职条件：
- 有2年以上辉瑞业务经验，或有3年以上同等知名外资制药公司的业务经验；
- 参考过去两年业务业绩，近4个季度MAT大于100%；
- 公司内部有业务管理经验优先考虑，萌芽、高级专员优先；
- 具有团队合作精神；
- 内部候选人申请岗位空缺还须确保本人在辉瑞工作期间无任何合规处分记录(含所有合规处分等级) 以及没有正在被调查中 。
