Opdracht
Binnen onze productieomgeving draaien op industriële pc’s zowel commerciële softwarepakketten als intern ontwikkelde applicaties en SCADA-projecten op het Siemens WinCC-platform.
Hoewel de commerciële applicaties relatief eenvoudig in kaart kunnen worden gebracht met bestaande monitoring- en inventarisatietools, ontbreekt momenteel een efficiënte manier om de intern ontwikkelde toepassingen en WinCC-projecten te inventariseren. Daarnaast willen we de resultaten van deze inventarisatie vergelijken met de gegevens die momenteel geregistreerd staan in Jira, zodat eventuele verschillen snel kunnen worden geïdentificeerd.
Tijdens deze stage onderzoek en ontwikkel je een scriptgebaseerde oplossing om applicaties automatisch te detecteren, te identificeren en te documenteren. Je krijgt de kans om ervaring op te doen binnen een hoogtechnologische productieomgeving waar IT en industriële automatisering samenkomen.
Wat ga je doen?
- De bestaande applicatieomgeving analyseren.
- Onderzoeken welke gegevens nodig zijn voor een volledige applicatie-inventaris.
- Een script ontwikkelen om intern ontwikkelde applicaties en SCADA-projecten automatisch te detecteren.
- De verzamelde informatie vergelijken met de configuratie- en applicatiegegevens die geregistreerd staan in Jira.
- Verschillen en afwijkingen identificeren en analyseren.
- Een discrepantierapport ontwikkelen dat ontbrekende, foutieve of niet-geregistreerde applicaties in kaart brengt.
- Data verzamelen, verwerken en rapporteren.
- Verbeteringsvoorstellen formuleren voor toekomstig applicatie- en assetbeheer.
Jouw profiel
- Je volgt een bachelor in IT, Toegepaste Informatica, Industriële Informatica, Elektronica-ICT of een gelijkaardige richting.
- Je hebt interesse in scripting en automatisering (bijvoorbeeld PowerShell, Python of een vergelijkbare programmeertaal).
- Je bent analytisch ingesteld en werkt gestructureerd.
- Je hebt affiniteit met data-analyse en systeeminventarisatie.
- Je bent nieuwsgierig naar industriële IT-omgevingen en SCADA-systemen.
- Je kan zelfstandig werken en neemt graag initiatief.
- Je beschikt over goede communicatieve vaardigheden, zowel schriftelijk als mondeling in het Nederlands en Engels.

De Pfizer site in Puurs is één van de grootste productie- en verpakkingssites van Pfizer wereldwijd, gespecialiseerd in aseptische productie en verpakking. Jaarlijks worden in Puurs meer dan 400 miljoen doses injecteerbare vaccins en medicijnen geproduceerd. Deze zijn ter plaatse verpakt in ampullen, flacons, plastic flessen, spuiten en patronen voor pennen.
De medicijnen die in Puurs worden gemaakt, zijn bestemd voor patiënten in meer dan 170 landen wereldwijd. 30% van de productie uit Puurs is bestemd voor ontwikkelingslanden, in samenwerking met UNICEF, WHO, GAVI en ngo's.
