Accounting Coordinator (Temporary Role – 6 Months)

Ubicación de trabajo: Ciudad de México. Se requiere disponibilidad para trabajar desde la oficina de Pfizer asignada de 2 a 3 días por semana, o según lo requiera la empresa.
RESUMEN DE ROLE
- Asegurar que los registros contables cumplan con USGAAP y MEXGAAP, así como la integridad y veracidad de la información financiera.
- Responsable de la supervisión y coordinación de ciertos procesos de la contabilidad Corporativa y estatutaria, asegurando que los mismos se cumplan dentro de los tiempos establecidos y bajo las políticas de la compañía.
- Establece controles, prepara informes financieros, mantiene relaciones con las partes interesadas internas y externas para establecer nuevos clientes, asesora a los asuntos financieros y ayuda en la planificación a largo plazo.
- Colaborar en la emisión de Estados Financieros y sus notas.
- Colaborar la oportuna transmisión de cifras financieras a Corporativo.
- Implementa y desarrolla estrategias de eficiencia operativa para las áreas de contabilidad.
- Soporte en las actividades relacionadas el área de Tesorería, asegurando que los procesos sean ejecutados correctamente y acorde a las necesidades y legislación local.
- Responsable de la firma de Contador General Certificado en los Estados Financieros Auditados, EEFF son sujetos a revisión por entidades de control.
RESPONSABILIDADES
- Revisar, coordinar, exponer y garantizar la confiabilidad de las cifras de los estados financieros corporativos acorde a las políticas de la compañía.
- Responsable de liderar procesos de auditoría externa y emisión de estados financieros.
- Realizar la corrida de reportes trimestrales y anuales de SAP PC Controls (Control Interno), según la asignación, en los tiempos establecidas por la corporación.
- Revisión de estados financieros locales en conjunto con el SR CoE.
- Soporte en las auditorias locales y corporativas para los procesos que estén a cargo de mercado.
- Controlar, revisar y asegurar la información registrada en las cuentas de G2N.
- Revisión de las integraciones y conciliaciones de cierre.
- Brindar soporte a clientes internos de la compañía aclarando dudas de índole contable-financiero.
- Realizar análisis locales para proyectos corporativos aplicables al mercado, como por ejemplo con áreas de Impuestos, Tesorería, Planeación Financiera, etc.
- Preparación y seguimiento al presupuesto del área.
- Otros (Lease survey, Payroll PR-1 y reportes ad hoc).

Formación /Experiencia
- Profesional en Contabilidad y Auditoría titulado
- Contador Público Certificado con credencial actualizada
- 3 - 5 años de experiencia en el área de Contabilidad – Auditoría / Finanzas

- Conocimiento de Normas de Información Financiera
- Conocimiento de Reportes ESG
- Experiencia en SAP ERP / BI
- Conocimiento avanzado de Microsoft Office
- Inglés 80%
