Role Summary
We are seeking an Omnichannel & Content Associate to run always‑on content and campaigns for Pfizer Hong Kong. You will own social and video content end to end—from brief through medical/legal review to publishing and boosting—across our owned channels (Pfizer Hong Kong YouTube, Facebook and Instagram) and paid media (paid social, SEM and programmatic). You will use AI to create content faster, track what works, and improve how our brands show up in search and AI answers (AEO/GEO). The ideal candidate combines creative energy, campaign discipline, and a strong “get‑things‑done” mindset in a regulated environment.
What You’ll Do
1) Content Production
- Run the content calendar for Pfizer Hong Kong social channels, including regular disease‑education posts: briefing, Chinese/English copywriting, design coordination, medical/legal submission, and scheduling.
- Coordinate video series (e.g., doctor Q&A, patient stories) from outline and script through shoot, post‑production, subtitles, metadata, and publishing, working with Marketing, Medical, healthcare professionals, and production houses.
- Drive ideation for social and video content, and review agency‑developed content to ensure fit to objectives, brand voice, and compliance.
2) Omnichannel Campaigns
- Execute always‑on and direct‑to‑consumer campaigns across paid social, SEM, and programmatic with media agency partners: briefs, ad copy, tracking set‑up, budget pacing, and wrap‑up reports.
- Turn agency reports into regular performance updates for brand teams, with concise narratives and clear next steps.
- Plan content boosting on owned channels and support measurement readiness by maintaining clean tagging, trafficking details, and documentation suited for a regulated setting.
- Handle vendor administration, including quotes, purchase orders, invoices, and talent consent forms.
3) Search, AI Visibility & Social Listening
- Audit how focus brands appear in Google search, AI Overviews, and AI assistants (e.g., ChatGPT, Perplexity), identify content gaps, and build a content roadmap to close them, including with medical group partners.
- Use social listening insights to shape content topics, and work with analytics colleagues to keep content and AEO/GEO dashboards up to date.
4) AI & Intelligent Automation
- Leverage AI tools (including Copilot) to create compliant content faster—drafts, variations, visuals, and video assets—following internal AI governance and approval processes.
- Build simple AI agents and automations for content and campaign workflows (e.g., claim pre‑checks, video metadata, report summaries), working with the team’s automation lead on larger use cases.
- Help drive internal adoption by co‑running AI sharing sessions and newsletters, and capture outcomes at a high level (e.g., time saved, quality improvements) to inform continuous improvement.
5) Governance & Ways of Working
- Uphold medical/legal approvals, brand standards, and documentation practices appropriate for a regulated industry.
- Maintain the promotional materials expiry tracker and drive timely renew or withdraw decisions with brand teams.
- Collaborate effectively with Marketing, Medical, Data/Analytics, and agency partners to meet quality bars and timelines.
What You’ll Gain
- End‑to‑end exposure to how content, channels, and analytics connect to business outcomes.
- Hands‑on experience with campaign performance measurement and AI search visibility (AEO/GEO) that inform real decisions.
- Practical AI skills using modern tools (including Copilot) to speed up content creation, build simple automations, and boost productivity.
- Cross‑functional collaboration across marketing, medical, and analytics teams, building stakeholder and project‑management muscle.
- Category understanding in a complex, highly regulated healthcare environment—ideal for long‑term growth in marketing, analytics, or commercial excellence.
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing, content operations, or marketing analytics (agency or in‑house).
- Hands‑on experience with always‑on programs across paid social, SEM, or programmatic, and with platforms such as Meta Business Suite and YouTube Studio.
- Experience coordinating video or social content production with agencies or vendors; comfortable with campaign data, spreadsheets, and tagging standards.
- Strong communication skills: turns data and creative ideas into crisp, actionable narratives.
- Comfortable working with agencies and cross‑functional partners in a structured, compliance‑oriented environment.
- Strong copywriting skills in written Chinese (including Cantonese) and English.

- To‑do / can‑do attitude: proactive, resourceful, and biased toward action.
- Campaign ownership: owns timelines and quality across all deliverables, and makes clear who owns each step.
- Operational rigor: calendar discipline, QA mindset, and meticulous documentation.
- Collaboration & communication: builds trust and momentum with cross‑functional teams and partners.
- Learning mindset: eager to experiment, iterate, and adopt new tools (including AI).

Breakthroughs that change patients’ lives
Research confirms what intuition tells us: that purpose-driven companies perform better, are more innovative, attract and retain the best people, and know how to unleash the power of those people. Pfizer’s purpose—Breakthroughs that change patients' lives—fuels everything we do and reflects our passion for building on our legacy as one of the greatest contributors of good to the world.
Each word in our purpose has meaning and reflects the value we strive to bring to patients and society:
“Breakthroughs” - These are the innovations, scientific and commercial, that we seek to deliver every day. All colleagues, regardless of role, level or location, strive for breakthroughs every day.
“Change” - We want to do more than simply improve patients’ medical conditions; we want to dramatically change their lives for the better.
“Patients’ lives” - We consider not only patients, but everyone they touch—including their families, caregivers, and friends—and everything they love to do. It’s an intentionally holistic view.
Our purpose ensures that patients remain at the center of all we do. We live our purpose by sourcing the best science in the world; partnering with others in the healthcare system to improve access to our medicines; using digital technologies to enhance our drug discovery and development, as well as patient outcomes; and leading the conversation to advocate for pro-innovation/pro-patient policies.
Every decision we make and every action we take is done with the patient in mind—and to nurture an environment where breakthroughs can thrive.
