Launched in September 2021, Pfizer's Refugee Leadership Initiative (RLI) is committed to supporting the economic inclusion of refugees and other displaced people through hiring, mentoring, and advocating. The Refugee Leadership Initiative works with diversity, equity, and inclusion partners to recruit refugee talent. They bring valuable skills and experiences to different Pfizer teams, from manufacturing, to technology, HR, legal, science, finance, procurement, and more.
Driven by a deeply held belief that every person deserves to be seen, heard, and cared for, Pfizer continuously looks for opportunities to advance equity and inclusion for our colleagues, patients, and communities we serve.
