Interim Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President
Cecile is Interim Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President for Pfizer, bringing more than 25 years of global finance leadership in the pharmaceutical industry, built across research and development, commercial, therapeutic areas, geographies as well as transformation initiatives.
Most recently, Cecile served as Senior Vice President of Finance for Pfizer’s Global Biopharmaceuticals business, strategically partnering with the Chief Commercial Officers and Group Presidents, driving execution, optimizing investments and identifying new sources of growth. Throughout her career, she has paired commercial acumen with a consistent ability to build and transform finance organizations — delivering efficiency while strengthening the quality of support to the business.
She joined Pfizer through the 2009 Wyeth acquisition, having already served as CFO across Wyeth’s Asia Pacific and EMEA/Canada businesses — overseeing operations across more than 30 countries and developing finance organizations in markets ranging from Europe to Asia. At Pfizer, she held successive finance leadership roles spanning Oncology, Research and Development, and the Global Biopharmaceuticals Group, partnering closely with business unit presidents on strategy, portfolio prioritization, and major transactions including the Seagen acquisition in 2024.
She holds a master’s degree in Management (Audit and Finance) from the Graduate School of Management of Brest, France.
