Lindsay is a strategic leader and an accomplished attorney responsible for guiding an integrated team focused on shaping and supporting Pfizer’s purpose-driven enterprise priorities.
As Chief of Staff and Counsel to the Chairman and CEO of Pfizer Inc., Lindsay serves as a strategic advisor and thought leader to the CEO. In overseeing Corporate Communications and Global Health Investments, Lindsay helps build trust and confidence in Pfizer through greater visibility of the company’s strategy for advancing innovation, driving patient impact globally and demonstrating a commitment to health equity that helps strengthen communities.
In her previous role as Senior Vice President, Chief Compliance & Risk Counsel, Lindsay led a team of over 180 colleagues responsible for Regulatory Quality Assurance, Compliance, and risk management for Oncology, R&D, Medical, Global Supply and ESG Programs. Lindsay advised leaders on proactive risk management to advance Pfizer’s purpose – breakthroughs that change patients’ lives – with quality, integrity, and compliance.
Before she joined Pfizer, Lindsay was a partner with the law firm DLA Piper LLP, focusing on litigation, compliance, and programmatic prevention and risk management. She is originally from California and earned her law degree from Pepperdine and her undergraduate degree from the University of Southern California.
