The Rocky Mount, North Carolina site has 1.4 million square feet of manufacturing space on 250 acres in Eastern North Carolina. At this facility, a wide range of products are produced, including anesthesia, analgesia, therapeutics, anti-infectives and neuromuscular blockers. These products are available in small volume presentations, such as ampules, vials and syringes and help treat patients around the world.

On July 19, 2023, a tornado hit the Rocky Mount manufacturing site, causing significant damage to the HiRise warehouse. Hear from Pfizer colleagues who came together to overcome this devastating event, helping the community recover and restart production at the site.
