Product Manager Xeljanz, Velsipity, Enbrel and I&I pipeline (Maternity leave 9M)

Within this context, the Country Brand Lead (CBL) will provide strategic and operational leadership across the I&I portfolio, including Xeljanz, Enbrel, Velsipity and key pipeline assets.
You will ensure strong in‑market performance of established brands while leading launch excellence preparation for upcoming innovations, including Brepocitinib and tri‑specific assets. Working in close coordination with the Launch Excellence team and cross‑functional stakeholders, the CBL will drive a strong growth mindset, motivate teams and translate strategy into flawless execution, always keeping patient needs and outcomes at the center of decision‑making.
You will work in coordination with specialty in-market commercial, KAMs, medical and cross functional teams to maximize value and drive continued revenue growth for the brand.
This position requires a strong strategic and analytical thinking, core pharma marketing skills, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, ability to manage multiple priorities and effectively collaborate across the enterprise.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:
Brand & Portfolio Leadership
Provide strategic and operational leadership for non-promoted brands: Xeljanz, Enbrel and Velsipity, ensuring sustained growth and optimization across indications in a complex and competitive market.
Work in very close collaboration with KAMs to support the forecasting and planning of tenders, ensuring alignment between brand strategy, access requirements and in‑market execution.
Support and coordinate business insights to PCR and volume-related requests to Global, ensuring strong business rationale, cross‑functional alignment and timely submission.
Support KAMs with strategic guidance, scenarios and prioritization to optimize tender outcomes and maximize value across different channels and accounts.
Launch Excellence & Pipeline
Work closely with launch excellence team in launch readiness and execution for upcoming I&I assets, including Brepocitinib and tri‑specific pipeline products, ensuring best‑in‑class launch standards
Cross‑Functional Leadership & Execution
Drive the execution of brand and launch strategies in country, leading implementation of key initiatives and programs.
Provide strong cross‑functional brand leadership, working in close collaboration with Commercial, Medical, Access, Regulatory, Supply and other key stakeholders.
Financial & Operational Management
Develop and manage country operating plans, including revenue targets, forecasts and DME management.
Ensure monthly planning, budget control and forecasting accuracy, supporting robust financial decision‑making.
Monitor competitive landscape, payer dynamics and access environment to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.
Governance & Compliance
Manage relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to ensure strong and consistent Pfizer engagement.
Partner with Supply and PGS teams to support supply chain management.
Ensure full compliance with all Pfizer policies, procedures and applicable regulations.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree is required. Postgraduate (MBA) preferred
Fluency in English required.
Preferably +5 years of marketing experience in pharmaceutical, with demonstrated experience in managing sizeable assets. Analytics, Medical Affairs and/or HEOR experience is positive.
Demonstrated experience in managing complex brands in highly specialized and competitive area.
Strong collaboration/relationship-building skills and ability to engage across multiple functions.
Ability to manage complex market environments and identify synergies between specialists and different indications.
Strong analytical skills; ability to synthesize and evaluate information, draw conclusions and make recommendations.
Candidate demonstrates a breadth of diverse leadership experiences and capabilities including: the ability to influence and collaborate with peers, develop and coach others, oversee and guide the work of other colleagues to achieve meaningful outcomes and create business impact.
Individual may travel both domestically and internationally.
