Reprezentantul în domeniul sănătății este un rol de teren, axat pe comunicarea conținutului promoțional de produs pentru portofoliul Pfizer în mai multe domenii terapeutice. HR trebuie să cunoască preferințele clienților în ceea ce privește conținutul și canalele pentru a orchestra o experiență ideală a clienților prin selectarea conținutului relevant. HR va raporta managerului de vânzări. Reprezentantul în domeniul sănătății (HR) este responsabil pentru atingerea obiectivelor de vânzări ale produselor sau portofoliilor de produse definite și pentru dezvoltarea continuă a experiențelor pozitive ale clienților.

Cerințe obligatorii:
Experiență și calificări necesare:
• Minimum 5 ani de experiență în vânzări, piata pharma
• Experiență dovedită în furnizarea de cunoștințe științifice de nivel mondial
• Experiență în interacțiunea cu clienții externi pentru a avea un impact
• Succes demonstrat în interacțiunile omnichanel cu clienții (față în față și digital)
• Cunoașterea legilor și reglementărilor farmaceutice locale constituie un avantaj
• Permis de conducere obligatoriu; trebuie să poată conduce o mașină de serviciu (nu se acordă indemnizație pentru mașină)
