日常值班维修和应急维修,对工厂所有设备的电气部分,基础设施等进行有效地维护保养和维修,保证生产设备/公用设备的连续正常运行;同时认真做好交接班值班记录,使领导和同事能准确掌握事实经过根据工作的紧急程度制定维修工作计划,保障生产和操作的顺利进行。
巡检和记录
根据工厂规程针对所有公用设施、生产设备以及实验室等设备进行巡检。对于发现的问题和故障隐患立即处理或及时报告。针对设备/系统的运行参数和工作时段内发生的事件进行符合GMP/法规要求的记录。支持设备及系统的安装、调试及验证等工作,支持相关设备及系统的改善、改造工作,从而保证相关设备及系统的正常运行。
大修和预防性维修
参加年度大检修工作,完成年度PM保养计划
项目配合
配合项目改造中的电气技术监护工作;对维修主管或设备工程师在项目实施过程中提供必要的配合工作。
GMP工作
遵守工厂GMP规则,认真执行GMP相关SOP。
确保行为符合国家法律、法规政策的要求。
