- 日常工作
每日工作
a. 收发电子邮件,将公司信息传达给相关人员;
b. 按时上交报表、数据给相关人等;
人员入、离职申请、登记; 整理仓库,按公司规定或员工需求将礼品、样品、资料快递给相关人员。
每周工作
a.收集各经理、主管周计划交大区经理
每月工作
a. 收集各经理、主管的销售月报,整合后交大区经理;
b. 当月销售人员人头核对;
c. 当月销售指标核对;
d. 当月医院组销售人员科内会达成打分,零售组销售人员陈列打分;
e. 各地及办事处仓库样品核查,上交报表至市场部;
f. PDA数据的上传;
g. PDA医生档案的修改申请;
h.. 医院、药店终端档案修改申请;
DT经销商修改申请;
j. 每月底前按公司规定收集经销商流向单,在要求时间内寄公司;
k. 流向数据的确认;
- 收集各地报销单,为无法上公司报销系统的人员代做报销,将审批
结束后的报销寄相关人员或财务;
m. 按需申领资料及陈列用品。
每季工作
促销员指标确认;
WHT申请及汇总。
- 文档整理
归档公司财务、人事、物价、进药、SOP、样品库存、人员入、离职、PO/PR等资料。
- 沟通
对内:
a. 将公司所有通告通知给相关人员;
与营养品部、西药部保持良好沟通,帮忙进行物品邮件转交、公司
内部信息的转达;
c. 办事处清洁工作阿姨的管理;
d. 与公司财务、行政、人事、IT部门联系,完成公司交给的任务,并协助解决员工实际困难,申请员工福利;
e. 带教PT,督促其按时、按质完成工作。
2. 对外:
a. 负责外来人员的接待,负责酒店预订、票务预订,邮件收发等;
b. 负责与大厦物业部联系报修、清洁、租赁、费用、投诉等事宜;
每月根据需要定期采购办公用品,保证办事处日常运作需要。维护办公设备的正常运转和办公家具的完好无损,做定期保养和检修; 收集各部门医疗费用报销单,与平安保险公司客服保持联系,通报及反馈员工问题及意见。
