Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced pharmaceutical marketing lead to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies for our pharmaceutical products, including brand positioning, messaging, and promotional campaigns. Own portfolio strategy to maximize the franchises business to achieve earnings and revenues objectives and lifecycle management; Assist the business head to build marketing capabilities of the product management team to achieve effectiveness and efficiency of the business. Define and Drive Country Specific TA and Brand Strategy. Interface with global/local functional team as TA portfolio (or big strategic brand) lead.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the Brand growth initiatives,(portfolio development plan)
Support to input to the country OP plan, Market Strategy, LRFP, Budget Management, Team Management
To lead the team to develop BP
Lead brand team or TA to deliver BP etc
Innovation GTM
Engage with TOP KOL with innovative strategy approach.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement marketing strategies for JAK3 Ritlecitinib products, including brand positioning, messaging, and promotional campaigns.
Conduct market research to identify customer needs and preferences, as well as trends and opportunities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, and medical affairs, to ensure alignment of marketing strategies with business objectives.
Develop and manage marketing budgets and timelines, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform marketing strategies and tactics.
Develop and implement digital marketing initiatives, including social media campaigns, email marketing, and website content.
Manage relationships with external vendors, including advertising agencies, market research firms, and promotional suppliers.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards for pharmaceutical marketing.
Develop subordinates through effective coaching and solid training programs to deliver results aligned with Pfizer capabilities model cratiers.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Qualifications:
Bachelor degree in Medical or Medicine
Proficient oral and written English
8 or above years marketing experience with above 18 months Marketing Manager and people manager experience
TECHNICAL SKILLS REQUIREMENTS
Business administration, or a related field. Master's degree and diversified industry and functional business background are preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
Strong knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry, including regulatory requirements and compliance.
Experience with digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, and website content management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze market trends and competitor activity.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
